Everytime I use an eye cream my under eye circle show more! Whats a good eye cream that helps prevent future wrinkles (cause sometimes the skin around my eyes is dry) and help with my under eye circles? Im 19.

Seriously, get some tea bags, dampen with cool water and put on your eyes for 15 to 20 mins. It gets rid of my dark circles under my eyes.
