neutregena has a good eye cream its about $6 but it really works!

i agree i dont think its TOO important but maybe ill say otherwise when im older. hopefullly not!
ive tried a few good ones though,
the MAC fast eye response is good

Rub horseradish on your face and in your eyes every morning. It does wonders.

Very necessary. You will be glad you used it later and put some on your neck as well. Neck and eyes have the same thin skin that ages really fast. A good one is Oil of Olay.
For redness and bags, put some cucumber rings on your eyes.
