I am a nutrimetics consultant. we have a an eye cream for what you have described. it called CRE . You use it morning and evening and it gets rid of bags and dark circles. It is also guaranteed to decrease wrinkle depth up to 24% after 30 days of use.
It is $30.00 for a 15 ml tube.Very concentrated . You use a very small amount at a time and the tube should last between 6-8 months. It’s ingredients are cucumber , aloe Vera and Apricot Kernel Oil. Item # 1044 on my website. Follow the link.

There is no cream or lotion that is going to be a miracle worker. I have heard Philosophy $30.00 and Strivectin $53.00 are good. Since you are only 29, why don’t you try Preparation H it works wonders on puffy eyes. For your dark circles use a good concealer

Hi,
I used to get bags under my eyes all the time mostly due to my inability to fall asleep easily. I would stay up late thinking about something then wake up early next morning only to see little bags under my eyes. I somehow managed to kick the habit of staying up late but my eye bags wouldn’t go away.I then recently read an article about a woman who supposedly got rid of her eye bags using a particular eye care product. I tried it and it worked really well. I got rid of my eye bags in 3 weeks. You can read more about the lady’s article at the link below
